The heart of Enfuego Christian Academy, Inc. lies in providing Christian values upon which to base all learning without sacrificing academic excellence through a productive and efficient use of time.  It aims to meet every child’s unique needs by:

There is a growing demand for schools that can cater to the individual needs of the child. With the increasing classroom ratio in many private schools and in most public schools, there is a nil possibility of meeting the individual needs of the learners. Students are addressed as a whole class and learning is lock-stepped, disregarding each student’s differences in their learning abilities. Enfuego Christian Academy, Inc. has this to offer to parents who prefer a more personalized instruction to their children.

Children nowadays are exposed to lots of information that can harm their value system formation. Many parents desire to place their children in a school that can train them in a value system that is laid on a biblical foundation. Enfuego Christian Academy’s Christian education is invaluable in giving students a strong foundation in a world of shifting values, morals, and priorities. It provides the foundation in building future leaders and in training for excellence.

This is what we envision every Enfuego student to be—excelling and leading.

In Christ,

The A.C.E. Curriculum

Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) Curriculum is also known as School of Tomorrow or the PACE System. It is a solid, mastery-based course of study diagnostically individualized to meet a student’s specific learning needs and capabilities. The program incorporates Scripture, Godly character building and wisdom principles that prepares children for the world today. The SOT System has built-in tools that equip children academically and spiritually necessary to achieve their God-given potential.

Since 1970, the A.C.E./School of Tomorrow Curriculum has been a proven and highly successful program which majors on these distinctives:

K to 10 Program

Enfuego Christian Academy began in 2007 with the goal to prepare children for the world today and give them the academic and spiritual tools necessary to achieve their God-given potential.

The primary material used by the school is called Packets of Accelerated Christian Education or PACEs.  These are bite-sized work-texts designed for learners to gain a self-directed but strategically guided view of learning.  PACEs are systematically numbered based on a learner's grade level.  The teacher assists and monitors each student's individual progress as they go through the readings, the exercises, the check-ups, and the tests.  Each day, goals are set by the learner as to which portions of the modules will be worked on, proceeding to succeeding lessons only upon achieving a set measurement for mastery.

While students are given their individual offices so they can work on their PACEs, learning is enriched by holding mini-classes that facilitate literacy beyond reading.  Regular mini-classes are held especially for Science, Math, Social Studies, Technology and Home Economics (TLE); and Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health (MAPEH).

All modules and activities are compliant with the Department of Education's K-10 curriculum.

Inclusive Education

Over the years, Enfuego has recognized the growing need for schools that cater to neurodiversity.  This means providing a community where children who are differently-abled are given equitable experiences to learn and grow alongside their "neurotypical" peers.  As early as 2010, Enfuego opened its doors to children with Autism, Down Syndrome, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).  It has since continuously looked for ways to build an inclusive community of diverse learners who are supportive of one another in each of their unique learning journeys.   Basic, Secondary, and Special Education teachers work collaboratively in the classroom to provide every student with the guidance and assistance that they need to achieve optimal success.

EXCEL Center

By 2016, Enfuego started welcoming Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists as part of the teaching team.  EXCEL stands for Exceptional Children Engaged and Learning.  As the school's auxiliary services team, it provides school-based therapy services through push-ins (i.e., pushing into the classroom in order to target goals for intervention) and pull-outs (i.e., pulling students out of the classroom in order to focally target a skill).  Excel also caters to non-students who require clinic-based intervention.

Clinical Affiliation

The Excel Center at Enfuego became a partner of the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute as an affiliate center for training BS Speech-Language Pathology interns beginning AY 2018-2019.  Excel helps train future speech-language pathologists, receiving 10 to 15 student clinicians each academic year up to the present.  Come AY 2023-2024, as face-to-face classes reopened after the COVID-19 pandemic, Excel also began receiving BS Occupational Therapy student trainees under its care, making it one of the few centers nationwide that specializes in training student clinicians on school-based practice.
